About Antalya Properties
Antalya properties combine Mediterranean beaches, a large international airport and a city that works all year round. Antalya is Türkiye’s tourism capital, with more than 300 days of sunshine, modern hospitals, universities, a tram network and direct flights to most European cities. That mix makes it one of the most popular places for foreign buyers in Türkiye.
Which part of Antalya suits you?
Konyaaltı in the west is known for its long beach and mountain views. Muratpaşa covers the city centre, the old town Kaleiçi and the Lara coast. Kepez and Aksu (Altıntaş) offer newer complexes at more accessible prices, while Döşemealtı in the north is greener and popular for villas. About two hours east, Alanya is a resort town with a large international community.
Buying in Antalya
Most buyers choose new apartments in complexes with pools, gyms and security, either to live in, as a holiday home or to rent out. Foreigners can buy freehold with a title deed in their own name. Before buying, we check the developer, the building permit and the title deed status for you. Read our guides on the buying process and taxes and costs, or contact us for an up-to-date selection.
