Aksu is the district east of Antalya city, around the airport and towards the coast at Kundu, where the large beach hotels are. Its neighbourhood Altıntaş has developed into one of the city’s most active new-build areas: wide roads, new residential complexes with pools and gardens, and short distances to the airport, Lara and Kundu beach. The ancient city of Perge lies in the district as well.
Most projects here are new or under construction, so buyers often benefit from payment plans and modern layouts. Kemerağzı, closer to the sea near Kundu, is a smaller alternative with direct beach access nearby.
