Kaş and Kalkan lie on the Lycian coast in the far west of Antalya province, between steep mountains and clear bays. Kalkan is known for its villas with infinity pools and terraces overlooking the sea; Kaş is a lively small town with a harbour, popular for diving, with ferries to the Greek island of Meis (Kastellorizo). Both are a few hours’ drive from Antalya; Kalkan can also be reached via Dalaman Airport.
Property here is mainly villas and smaller apartment complexes on the hillsides – few high-rises, a lot of privacy and some of the best sea views on the Turkish coast.
