Kepez is one of Antalya’s most populous districts and lies north of the city centre, towards the Taurus foothills. It is mainly residential, with large shopping centres, schools and hospitals, and parts of the district are connected to the centre by tram. Because it is not directly on the coast, prices are usually lower than in Konyaaltı or Lara – which makes Kepez interesting for first-time buyers, investors and anyone who drives to the beach.
