The website provides information about properties in Germany, Türkiye, Spain, North Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates and allows you to contact us. Use is free of charge; no registration is required.

Using the website, sending an enquiry or booking an appointment does not create a brokerage contract or any obligation to pay commission. A brokerage contract is only concluded separately and — where required by law (§ 656a German Civil Code) — in text form. Whether and how much buyer commission applies is stated for each property or communicated to you in advance.
