Orihuela Costa is the coastal part of the municipality of Orihuela, just south of Torrevieja. Its coves and beaches – Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor – are lined with residential areas, and inland there are several golf courses around Villamartín. La Zenia Boulevard is one of the largest shopping centres in the region. Alicante-Elche Airport is roughly 50 minutes away, Murcia Airport a little closer.
Typical offers are apartments and bungalows in complexes with communal pool, and detached villas with private pool, many of them close to the beach or the golf courses.
